The data controller is DEAD SPTPRO REMOVE S.R.L., a Romanian limited liability company registered with the Trade Register under no. J40/18056/2023, unique registration code (CUI) 48852201, EUID ROONRC.J40/18056/2023, with its registered office at Strada Știrbei Vodă Nr. 53-55, Etaj 1, Ap. 1A, Sector 1, București, Romania (“we”, “us”).

What data we collect
- Contact and identification data — name, company, job title, email address, telephone number.
- Request data — the content of your brief and any information needed to perform the task (for example guest names and flight numbers, delivery addresses, vehicle details, or copies of documents you ask us to handle).
- Contract and billing data — company details, invoices, payment records.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information and server logs generated when you visit the website.
We ask only for what a task actually requires. Please do not send special categories of data (such as health information) unless it is strictly necessary for the request.
Why we use it and on what legal basis
- To respond to enquiries and prepare quotes — steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To perform the services you order — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To issue invoices and keep accounting records — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- To secure the website, prevent abuse and defend legal claims — our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- To send service news or offers — only with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Data about third parties
Concierge tasks often involve other people — your employees, guests or partners. When you share their data with us, you confirm that you are entitled to do so and that they have been informed. For such data we generally act as a processor on your behalf, and we are happy to sign a data processing agreement.
International transfers
Data is processed primarily within the European Economic Area. If a task or a service provider requires a transfer outside the EEA, we rely on an adequacy decision or on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, together with additional safeguards where appropriate.
This website loads fonts from Google Fonts; as a result, your IP address may be transmitted to Google servers when the page loads.
How long we keep data
- Enquiries that do not lead to a contract — up to 12 months.
- Task files and correspondence — for the duration of the contract and 3 years afterwards (general limitation period).
- Accounting documents — as required by Romanian tax and accounting law (currently up to 10 years).
- Copies of documents provided for a specific errand — deleted or returned once the task is closed, unless the law requires otherwise.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right not to be subject to solely automated decisions — we do not make any.
To exercise your rights, email dead.sptpro.remove.s.r.l@inbox.eu. We reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP (B-dul G-ral. Gheorghe Magheru 28-30, Sector 1, București, www.dataprotection.ro).
Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures: access on a need-to-know basis, encrypted communications, sealed handling of original documents and confidentiality undertakings from staff and suppliers. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affecting your rights occurs, we will notify you and the authority as required by law.
