Transport, accommodation and meals are billed at cost by the providers or re-invoiced without mark-up.
For visa invitation letters we prepare the draft; your company signs as the inviting party.
Night and weekend arrivals are supported when booked in advance.

What if a flight is delayed?

We monitor flights in real time and reschedule the greeter and driver automatically. You are informed, not burdened.

Can you book hotels on our corporate rate?

Yes. Share your rate codes and we will use them, or we request corporate pricing for you.

Do you provide the vehicles yourselves?

We work with licensed transport partners and select the right one for each group size and schedule.
